Description

The second of my Steampunk Sailor Senshi. Since Venus is the leader of the inner senshi I decided to give her a slightly military (aviator) inspired outfit. The other challenge was how to interpret her orange color scheme, so I decided to make it more a burnt leathery top and then decided to work in her 'love me chain' with an actually chain.
